Victor Patterson is a versatile and accomplished Human Resources Executive. A turnaround specialist, Victor's career includes experience in sales, operations management, human resources, and entrepreneurship. His accomplishments include turning around underperforming businesses and cultures while advancing professional careers of diverse talent. Victor thrives off challenges and outcomes. His inclusive leadership style, and convening of collaborative partners, results in creation of diverse teams pursuing sustainable solutions. A results-oriented leader, Victor uses, business acumen, strategy, data, and key relationships to deliver outcomes that create value for the organization and its stakeholders.

Victor is recognized as a trusted and strategic advisor with over 20 years of impacting people strategies for global, large and mid-sized organizations. He has supported corporate functions along with dispersed, multi-unit business entities and elevated KPIs through his leadership. Strategically, Victor has provided counsel and coaching to executives and business unit leaders while mentoring many other employees. He is passionate about the evolution of talent from Day 1 throughout their employee journey.

Most recently, Victor served as Head of Human Resources with H.B. Fuller. In this position, he led people strategy and implementation for a global business unit. Areas of responsibility included C-suite partnership, employee experience, succession planning, and talent management/development. Amongst the initiatives successfully led by Victor was the leading the due diligence process for corporate acquisitions, implementation of Employee Resource Groups, including expanding them internationally and the enterprise's employee engagement and listening strategy.

​Victor received a bachelors in finance and economics from Rockford University as well as an MBA from the University of St. Francis. He serves as a Board of Trustee - University of St. Francis and Board Director - Reve Academy, Ted Rhodes Foundation and Solomon Hughes, Sr. Golf Academy. He is an avid golfer, bicyclist, and enjoys traveling.
