Tiana is a senior legal counsel  for the construction management company Gilbane and the founder and managing principal of City & Towns LLC, a property management and real estate investment company. With over a decade of hands-on experience in real estate and construction and business law, she specializes in contract review and dispute resolution for real estate and construction.

She is passionate about educating the community about the benefits of using real estate as a vehicle for building wealth.  She educates the community about the importance of minimizing the liability they may face by operating rental properties; how to curate profitable deals by advising on creative financing methods and crafting commercially optimized real estate-related agreements; and shares strategies on how to face uncertainties in the market or in disagreements with tenants.
