Rachel is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over 14 years of experience in audit,
finance, and business consulting. She began her career at one of the Big Four
accounting firms, where she developed her expertise in financial analysis, risk
management, and compliance—skills she now uses to help individuals and businesses
make smart, strategic financial decisions.

Rachel’s path to success began with discipline, determination, and belief in what was
possible. She earned her degree in accountancy on a basketball scholarship while
leading on and off the court—as team captain and president of her college’s NABA
(National Association of Black Accountants) chapter. Her commitment and character
earned her the honor of serving as commencement speaker for her graduating class.
