​Bio: Michael Bempah, P.E., is the President of Pinpoint Precision Engineering, a distinguished firm specializing in civil engineering and infrastructure development. A proud native of Chicago’s Englewood community, Michael is committed to uplifting all underrepresented communities through his professional work and advocacy efforts.

In addition to his engineering accomplishments, Michael is the author of two impactful books: Can We Be Honest About Money?, a guide to financial literacy and stock trading, and How to Become a Civil Engineer: Bridging the Gap, an inspiring resource designed to encourage teens to explore careers in civil engineering.

Under Michael’s leadership, Pinpoint Precision Engineering has grown into a flourishing multi-million-dollar enterprise with a team of 30 talented professionals. The company has successfully executed significant contracts for both government and private-sector clients, contributing to critical infrastructure advancements across Illinois.
