Jonathan McNair

CEO and Founder, Little Sprouts Pediatric Dentistry

Dr. Jonathan McNair is a board-certified pediatric dentist, entrepreneur, speaker, coach, and advocate dedicated to helping others achieve personal, professional, and financial growth. He is the Founder and CEO of Little Sprouts Pediatric Dentistry, where he combines clinical excellence with a mission to serve children and families, particularly those from underserved communities.
 
Dr. McNair earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center and completed advanced training through a General Practice Residency and an Advanced Education in Pediatric Dentistry Residency. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and has successfully completed licensure examinations qualifying him for credentialing in all 50 states.
 
A former student-athlete and lifelong learner, Dr. McNair is passionate about leadership, entrepreneurship, and community impact.
