Jennifer Chang

Executive director, Monster education foundation

Jenny Chang is an educator, nonprofit leader, and human resources professional dedicated to helping young people thrive. She serves as the Executive Director of the Monster Education Foundation, a Chicago-based mentoring and scholarship organization that supports students from middle school through college. Jenny also works in Human Resources at golf VX and has extensive experience in education, leadership development, and community engagement.

A lifelong advocate for youth, Jenny is passionate about mentorship, servant leadership, financial literacy, and creating opportunities for students to reach their full potential. She holds degrees in Elementary Education, Special Education, and Educational Leadership and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Jenny lives in the Chicago area with her husband and three teenage children.
