Retired Chief Information Officer

Ervin Barnes, Jr., is a retired IT Business Executive with 37 years of experience in
the Information Technology Industry. His career spanned twenty years at IBM in
various positions, starting in marketing and advancing to Branch Manager. He
spent three years as IT Director at Whirlpool Corporation, three years as Vice
President of IT at Exide Electronics, and concluded his career after 12 years at
Alyeska Pipeline Service Company as Chief Information Officer, responsible for
all communications and IT systems at the Alaska Pipeline.

Ervin Barnes has a BS in mathematics from Alcorn State University and a Master
of Business Administration in Quantitative Analysis from The University of
Wisconsin.
