Dr. Shubha Kashyap

Dr. Shubha Kashyap has over 20 years of experience in higher education. Her focus on increasing access to education is evident throughout her career. She specializes in academic affairs, student and faculty development programming, and navigation of higher education systems. She has successfully launched several programs, delivered workshops and training programs,  managed small and large-scale strategic education and change initiatives, and is an advocate for first-generation college students and inclusive education practices. 
Dr. Kashyap has worked at four R1 universities, taught graduate and undergraduate courses, and served as Faculty for the Online Learning Consortium (OLC) Institute for Emerging Leadership in Online Education (IELOL) She has extensive demonstrated experience in change management, business coaching, strategic planning, appreciative inquiry, process consultation, and facilitation. 

Dr. Kashyap earned her Ph.D. in Workforce Education and Development from Penn State University, M.A. in Student Affairs Administration and B.S. in Psychology from Michigan State University.
